We will arrange for the necessary testing and verification of wood quality before the purchase is made. We will verify that the actual amount and quality of goods match what is stipulated in your international sale and puchase contract. We will make sure of the bank's fulfilment of payment to the timber supplier in accordance with the letter of credit. If production defects are detected, we will halt payment on the letter of credit [until that time in which matters are rectified to your satisfaction].

We will manage customs declarations registration and represent your interests with regard to Ukrainian Customs. We will provide help in organizing cargo transport in the territory of Ukraine. We will make sure your goods are safely insured by reliable companies.

We do translations of standard documents from Ukrainian into other languages. We are able to translate Quality Standards, contracts, and other important documents. We can also provide help in registering legal documents such as notarial powers of attorney, and powers of attorney to represent a client's interests.
